EFT Tapping

Best for ongoing anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply un-clenching.
Gentle, evidence-informed work in EFT Tapping, Qigong and TRE®, for women navigating anxiety, grief, perimenopause, motherhood, or the weight of carrying too much.
For when talking it through hasn't been enough.
A note from me
For seventeen years I've sat with women whose nervous systems were doing the very best they could and who had been told, often gently, that the answer was more discipline. More journaling. More positive thinking. That isn't the work I do. EFT, Qigong and TRE® meet you in the body first. Words come after, if they come at all.

What a session feels like
No couch confessions. Nothing performed. Careful, embodied work that meets your nervous system where it is.
We start where you are. A short intake, then a few quiet minutes of breath and grounding so the body knows it has landed. Nothing performed.
The heart of the session: tapping, Qigong, or TRE®, depending on what is most alive today. Always slow, always at your pace.
A closing to anchor the shift in your body, plus a small practice to take home. Whether we tapped, moved or tremored, you leave softer than you arrived.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises: seven simple stretches that invite the body's natural tremor, releasing held tension the talking mind can't reach.

You don't have to talk about what's wrong. We can work effectively while you simply hold it in mind (silent EFT).
Individual experiences vary. This work is not a substitute for clinical care.
Perimenopause had turned me into someone I didn't recognise — rage, no sleep, a body that suddenly refused to do anything I asked of it. The Qigong + tapping combination gave me my sleep back within three weeks. I'm not exaggerating, and I am not someone who exaggerates.

I'm a psychologist and a skeptic, and I've now booked twelve sessions. The work goes somewhere talking simply doesn't reach. That's the cleanest way I can put it.

Lameez is the kind of practitioner who makes you feel met, not managed. Every session feels like the first deep breath of a long day.
