Cancellation
More than 24 hours' notice: free reschedule. Less than 24 hours: a 50% fee, waived twice a year because life happens. No-shows are charged in full.
Medical aid and insurance
EFT isn't yet covered by South African medical aids. I can provide a detailed receipt to submit, though I'd manage expectations. Some UK and EU private insurers cover EFT through registered practitioners. Worth checking with yours.
Online sessions
EFT works just as well over video. In-person has a slight edge for first sessions and deeper somatic work. Qigong and TRE are in person only.
